To establish policies and procedures for information disclosure to the United Kingdom pursuant to or associated with the 1958 Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the United States of America for Cooperation on the Uses of Atomic Energy for Mutual Defense Purposes (MDA), as amended. This is in support of a Department of Defense and Department of Energy agreement regarding information disclosure to the UK. 2. APPLICABILITY. a. Federal. Applies to all NNSA federal elements except Nuclear Threat Reduction, nuclear security enterprise security pursuant to or associated with the MDA, intelligence information, or officially released information. b. Contractors. Contains a Contractor Requirements Document that sets forth the requirements of this NAP that apply to contractors. This NAP is marked CUI//SP-INTL//NOFORN is available by contacting the NNSA Office of Defense Programs, Office of international Programs (NA-10.2), 202-586-8719.
