part of the contractor WQMS description. The
foundation for each of these elements may already be
in place at a site as required by other DOE or NNSA
Directives but the additional detail specified in NAP-
401.1A for each of these elements is expected to be
added to each of those elements to be considered part
of the contractor WQMS.
