NATIONAL NUCLEAR SECURITY ADMINISTRATION DESIGNATION ORDER NA-2022-DES-PAS-PAS213-01 TO TEMIDAYO OSINUGA, PROCUREMENT ANALYST, NA-PAS-213 1. DESIGNATION. Under the authority vested in me as Senior Procurement Executive, Temidayo Osinuga is hereby designated the NNSA Contracting Activity Ombudsman, as that title and its responsibilities are described in FAR 16.505(b)(8) and DEAR 916.505(b)(6)(iii). 2. RECISSION. Designation Order No. 00-24.00A is hereby rescinded. 3. LIMITATIONS. 4. 5. 3 .1. This designation applies to all elements of NNSA. 3 .2. In exercising the authority designated in this Order, the designee shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the Department of Energy, the National Nuclear Security Administration, and the policies and procedures prescribed by the Secretary and Under Secretary of Nuclear Security/ Administrator. 3.3. Nothing in this Order precludes the Under Secretary for Nuclear Security/Administrator from exercising any of the authority delegated by this Order. 3.4. Nothing in this Order shall be construed to supersede or otherwise interfere with the authorities provided to the NNSA Administrator by law or delegation. 3.5. Any amendments to this Order shall be made in consultation with the NNSA General Counsel. AUTHORITY TO REDESIGNATE. This designation may not be redesignated or delegated. DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. 5 .1. All actions by the designee pursuant to any authority provided prior to this Order or pursuant to any authority granted by this Order taken prior to and in effect on the date of this Order are ratified and remain in force as if taken under this Order, unless or until rescinded, amended, or superseded. 5.2. A copy of this Order shall be provided to NNSA's Office of Policy and Strategic Planning through the NNSA Directives Team, which manages the Designation of Authority system for NNSA. 5.3.
